I did not get the sign-in code
Check your spam folder and that the email address is spelled right. Codes expire after an hour; you can request a new one a minute after the last.
My car is not in the list
Pick the closest generation and type your exact version in "Not listed? Type your version". Then write to us with the make, model and years, and we will add it.
Who can invite me, and how often?
Only people you allow in Call me: anyone, owners of the same make, or of the same model, within the distance you set. You choose the kinds of meets and a daily limit. Call-outs for your model across the UAE have their own switch.
Can people see where I live?
No. Your Call me area is stored rounded to about 1 km and is never shown to anyone. Others only see how many owners an invite reaches.
What is a call-out?
A meet for every owner of a model across the UAE, planned at least a day ahead. It is on once enough cars say they are going.
I am not getting notifications
Allow notifications for Petrolmeet in iPhone Settings, and check that Call me is on with the meet types you want and that the daily limit is not used up.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Garage and tap Delete account, then confirm. Everything is removed permanently: profile, cars, photos, meets you created and messages. You can also email us to do it.
